When I moved to California I was introduced to scuba diving, learning the very important rules on dive trips to the Channel Islands, and later in the warmer waters of the South Pacific and Caribbean. It was there that I became hooked – the tiny creatures were equally as interesting as the larger ones. With so many images to remember, I was allowed to share in the photography of other divers in the group, and then developed these images into my own style of paintings.
